"Good Thing." could have been a hit single! JoJo never really does a lot of Poppy/Clubby songs in that realm. But this one from her 2015 record "Mad Love." is genius !!! 

I've stanned JoJo forever! 

She's amazing. Has anyone overlooked her Mad Love record because it sounded so Pop back then? I revisited the album yesterday after werk and it is really good. Actually has some good bops 

Fun fact: JoJo considered recording a House album after Mad Love. was released!

Honestly, I prefer pop/dance Jojo. I’ve never been able to get into her slower R&B stuff. It feels like it’s missing some energy. But **** Apologies was THAT song. Great melody and that beat, whooo chile!

I loved the Tringle and the song posted above is great too. I’d definitely be down for a house album. I don’t think that’s the kind of music she wants to do though. Seems like there was an interview a few years ago where she said that the poppier, dance stuff was a compromise with whichever label was distributing her music at the time.

Yeah her heart is R&B/Soul. But she still appreciates Pop music 

She still considers doing a House album. Let's hope!

The house album was actually going to be the third album but it was scrapped and Mad Love happened instead.

Luckily for us, there are enough leaked house songs to create a fanmade album.

I do love Mad Love and it takes me back to how exciting it was seeing her finally release an album after a decade, but I'm not a huge fan of the sound For me, everything she released after Mad Love has been better. But I'm aware many people think the opposite and don't enjoy her current music much anymore.

That being said, Good Thing is definitely a hit that went away Vibe also had very good streaming numbers, it was such a wasted opportunity. Can't believe they were going to go with Edibles as the next single... I really don't get the single choices. Atlantic was tripping.

I looove Mad Love, the whole album. Anything after for me was a naaaaah. Too slow, too much R&B vibe. 

Hope she goes back to the pop-dance vibe.

Totally tripping. Edibles is a bop but not single worthy. Vibe was a jam!
