Here are the 2021 EMAs nominations

Justin Bieber leads the pack with 8 noms including Best Artist," "Best Pop," "Best Video" for "Peaches," "Best Collaboration" with The Kid LAROI and "Biggest Fans." He's competing against himself in the "Best Song" where he's nominated for both "Peaches" AND "STAY."

Doja Cat and Lil Nas X have six nominations. Olivia Rodrigo tied with The Kid LAROI and global superstar Ed Sheeran with five nominations each.

I wish these awards would feature genres other than pop. I remember when the EMAs introduced us to so many European acts that we would otherwise never heard of them. Now it’s all about the views so they only nominate ones who would bring in the clicks.

I’ve always found it odd that a huge chunk of nominees for these awards, and others like the Brit Awards etc, always seem to be American acts. Other countries all have their own big celebrities too.

now they already started showing 0.3 of some acts singing and if you want more you have to scan a code or go to some web page. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AWARD SHOW??

Look at Normani and her nomination  Previously nominated for song of the year at the Brits, and now this EMA nomination.  We love a slow-burning international queen  It's a marathon, not a race.

Shes much more of a pop star than a rap star. She barely raps in her songs…she’s like Meghan Trainor, just with cussing

Oh ddd for some reason I thought of her more as a rapper. I only know a couple of her songs though.

I mean they try to market her as a rapper, but come on, some of her biggest hits sound like they were meant for Katy Perry (and probably were in fact written for KP).
