There's no telling the amount of stuff Britney has went through and I think it's basically a song calling out the leeches. It makes sense to me. I imagine any celebrity has to be wary of leeches getting on them. I imagine there's probably more that have to worry about outsiders while Britney had to worry about insiders and outsiders imo.
