What if Britney Didn't Actually "Fail a Psych Test" and Jamie Lied to Her to Send Her to the Facility?

It must be said that already on the 2018 tour you could tell that he was not well. His tics and nerves on stage were out of control. Clearly something was up.

Medication (most probably mood stabilizers or anti psychotics like Lithium for example) create a lot of ticks and tremors especially in the hands

I personally believe that there was nothing really wrong with Britney. They all made it seem like she had a very bad mental illness

Exactly.

No dementia

The "evaluation guidelines" ( LA, CA) I saw online linked in a news article somewhere (  https://www.americanbar.org/groups/law_aging/resources/guardianship_law_practice/practical_tool/ ) are all about seeking all evidence the conservatee can be independent and supporting that as soon as possible.

They used it randomly as a tool to keep her oppressed. No transparency, accountability and no one to advocate for her. Age old story of misusing "mental evaluations" to control others.

And the doctor died mysteriously (?).

Nothing looks fair or aboveboard with these "psych tests".

(Wonder if Jamie would pass one... Or his daughter JL, or Kevin)

Where was it said she failed a test?

The court investigator consistently said the conservatorship should head towards a path of more freedoms/ termination. The letters of conservatorship powers never backed off, it stayed the same every year.

At the end of the day the conservator needs to file to terminate, or Britney, and as we know neither her dad or Sam Ingham had NO intention of changing her situation until Britney forced their hands. She will get out next month with no evaluation because it’s not needed to end a conservatorship. All parties just need to agree and the judge.

The timeline of it is a mess. In her statement on June 23, Britney said she was called in and they told that she no longer had to Domination. The next day they put her on lithium. The theory of posing as incapable of complying with the residency program makes sense to avoid a default lawsuit, but the true reason for the cancellation of residency still remains a mystery.

Refusing to do a dance move doesn't make sense to cancel a million dollar show.

The timeline isn't messy at all when you realise that her management and conservators were telling different stories to those with power, but its well established now that team con claimed she was skipping medication and therefore wasn't fit to perform; Britney said it and the paralegal said it in the voicemail. While Britney made it clear that she was taking medication and her management had no way of knowing otherwise, both her and the paralegal stories line up; Britney rocked the boat and got punished.

Ultimately, Britney legally didn't exist and couldn't sign contracts so her involvement was a side effect of Jamie signing a contract, based on the leaked pom contract, so Britney being sick, to some degree, was irrelevant to canceling the show, Jamie signed the contract.

It's why his illness was used.

Additionally, it happened so fast that those creative team involved weren't told.

but Lithium begin post tour, when domination was canceled.

most medication for bipolar, psychosis whatever does that, she was being overly medicated, they increased her medication when she was working, it’s on both documentaries out this year. That time she just looked like she was on a lot of stimulants similar to Aderall (her team thinks that it improved her performance). Please be informed about things before you say something, it’s no secret she was overly medicated for many years and medications have side effects

The tics and robotic movements weren't there before 2018, and she take meds for years, so something else hapens. They tics were too noticeable and worrisome.

That’s exactly my point lol

she was forced to do a tour in 2018 that she didn’t want to do, obviously they tampered with the medication to make her compliant

In my opinion, She only had too much energy for that type of choreo so she had to “fill” those spaces without choreo.

not worrisome
