Jamie couldn't touch the fund, even after he was made conservator. But in recent years, they seemed to be trying to maneuver themselves around it, and one of the things was replacing one of the trustees with Jamie Lynn. I believe Jamie was petitioning the court to switch management of the fund from reputable firms to one that had affiliations with Lou Taylor. The transcripts are online somewhere.

This is the story that caught my attention. Just to start with, supposedly Britney couldn't handle her money. But at a very young age, she made the decision to protect everything in this trust.

Ok so this has always been my question about this: How did Jamie Lynn transfer money from that trust if no one is allowed to touch it? 

I thought Britney had to die in order for anyone to access it.

 They used a series of court orders to gain access to and change her instructions regarding the trust, made Leech sister trustee who then transferred money to Lou Taylor via Stonebridge
