How would you feel if Britney changed her stage name to ‘Britney’ instead of ‘Britney Spears’?

What would you guys think if Britney decided take out her last name to not have any relationship at all with her father and family, i mean for me it will be fine, in the case that she wants continue with her career she can only be just Britney and everybody knows already who she is, what do you guys think?

They kind of did it for her vegas show. i think it would be a fab idea, the 'spears' name will always now how the recent backlash attached to it (and rightly so) so when she's free it would be great to officially start off fresh if she ever wants to come back. Like its been said above she earned the one name status a while back.

She easily could. if you say to like 99.9% of people i am a fan of Britney, they know its Britney Spears. and if im talking about her to my family and friends, i always just say Britney. and she has done it before like someone said, her vegas residencies. her tours etc i have the single collections boxset from 2009 and it just has Britney on it

This is something I strangely think about a lot. She definitely could just go by Britney, or maybe even Britney Asghari if she decides to take Sam’s name. I genuinely really liked the name Spears just not THAT Spears family
