The Court Suspends James P. Spears as conservator of the estate of Britney Jean Spears and appoints John Zabel as temporary successor conservator of the estate

Jamie Spears is officially suspended as Britney's conservator. His replacement, John Zabel, who will act as Britney's temporary conservator over her estate, filed an acknowledgment with the court noting that he received the handbook on conservator's duties (something Jamie Spears probably tossed in the trash day one).

There's another court hearing scheduled for November 12th. Britney's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, will likely see to it that the conservatorship comes to an end on that date. 

During the time between the September 29th and November 12th hearings, Rosengart will likely dig into Jamie's wrongdoings (now that he has that access, hence why it was important the conservatorship didn't come to an end just yet). When the evidence presents itself, it'll be ammunition for Britney to possibly press charges against her father for conservatorship abuse and breach of fiduciary duties.
