I haven't watched the full video, but about what he mentions at the beginning, that's what I kept saying last week when people were like "but the evidence is there, the 180 hrs of recorded audio" but as he points out, that's not enough evidence to incriminate anyone, and I suggested as well that Edan and co. could ultimately just blame it on Alex and say no one requested anything to be recorded.

We know Britney was threatened for talking to certain people, etc, so she would have to testify, and other people like Ingham or other witnesses would have to corroborate that Jamie knew things he only could've known by monitoring her communications or recording private conversations, but maybe that's what he suggests later in the video :P
