I think she's referring to the time Britney and Jason Trawick went to Costa Rica in May 2008. There was paparazzi footage shown in the Netflix doc (I think) of Jamie saying they wouldn't get pictures if they didn't move back. 

Not sure how that trip ties in here tho or its relevance but this editor clearly knows something about it.
