Britney Spears’ brother, Bryan Spears, is staying mum on the latest ruling in the pop star’s conservatorship case.

Paparazzi caught Bryan and his girlfriend, Amber Lynn Conklin, out and about in Thousand Oaks, Calif., on Wednesday, shortly after Judge Brenda Penny suspended Jamie Spears from the legal arrangement.

When a photog asked, “How do you feel about your father being removed from Britney’s conservatorship?,” Bryan, 44, declined to comment. He continued to walk toward his vehicle to avoid any further questions.

The pap then asked about Britney’s engagement to fiancé Sam Asghari, to which Amber chimed in, “He’s very happy for her!”

“We’re always happy for her,” Bryan added, before shutting his vehicle door.

Britney’s only brother may not have a lot to say about the conservatorship now, but he was seemingly in support of it — and Jamie — in July 2020.

“Obviously there was a need for it in the beginning,” Bryan previously said on the “As NOT Seen on TV” podcast. “Now they’ve made some changes and all we can do is hope for the best.”

At the time of the podcast conversation, it had been over a year since Britney, 39, checked out of a mental health facility. The “Stronger” singer alleged in an explosive June 23 hearing that she was forced into treatment against her will, claiming it was retaliation for a disagreement that erupted at one of her dance rehearsals.

Bryan claimed on the podcast that the conservatorship had been “a great thing for our family, to this point, and [we] keep hoping for the best.”

Speaking of Jamie — who Britney alleged in her testimony was “abusive” — Bryan said, “[He has] done the best he could, given the situation he was put in.”

“We’ve had to work together as a family to keep it all going,” he added. “One person might be on stage and doing this, but it’s a sacrifice from everybody. Everyone is putting in, to some degree, a little bit to keep everything going.”

A July 2021 article by The New Yorker’s Ronan Farrow alleged Bryan — as well as his mom, Lynne Spears, and his younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears — have all benefited from a Britney-signed paycheck over the years.

“Jamie, Lynne, and Spears’s brother, Bryan, have all spent years on Spears’ payroll, and, as friends who spoke with her at the time recalled, she was increasingly resentful of their efforts to influence her,” the report claimed.

In her June testimony, Britney told the judge directly, “I would honestly like to sue my family, to be totally honest with you.”

Jamie was officially suspended from Britney’s conservatorship on Wednesday. Per the request of Britney’s attorney, certified public accountant John Zabel was personally appointed temporary conservator of the singer’s $60 million estate. Jodi Montgomery remains temporary conservator of the person.

A hearing is scheduled for Nov. 12, in which a judge will decide if the conservatorship will be terminated for good.

I'm so disappointed in her siblings for not defending Britney all these years, I have a younger sister and I could never IMAGINE allowing the abuse that they have ignored, all for their own selfish gain.

I hope now Britney is free from her father's restraints she can build her own support network away from her trash "family". Understandably, she will struggle to trust people for a while but there is some good in the world and its clear the people shunned from her inner circle truly do care for her i.e Fe, Tish & Andrew.

For real, the Spears name is so tainted now. It’ll be interesting to see if Britney takes on the Asghari name when she marries Sam.
