Mathew Rosengart: Jamie's an alcoholic and a gambler

Britney's attorney Mathew Rosengart called Jaime a "reported alcoholic and gambling addict" in his new filing today. 

Rosengart is fired up following news that Jamie Spears is objecting to Rosengart's selection to step in as co-conservator over Britney's estate - which would replace Jamie - a man named John Zabel. See one of our previous IG posts for more info.

Jamie feels as if he doesn't need to be replaced and is asking the judge to end the conservatorship altogether without a medical evaluation. Thing is, it would actually benefit Britney's case to have a temporary conservator replace Jamie for a while so they can dig into the books and obtain private information concealed by the conservatorship team for the last 13 years. 

Rosengart finds it... interesting... that Jamie is claiming Zabel shouldn't step in because, according to Jamie, he doesn't have enough experience. Rosengart notes Jamie has "zero financial background or experience in financial matters, who previously filed for bankruptcy and has a Domestic Violence Restraining Order currently in effect against him."

Rosengart also challenges Jamie's request for fees and calls him incompetent and hones in on the "abuse of his daughter (which evidently goes back to her childhood), and the dissipation of Estate assets."

A hearing to address things further takes place September 29th.

I actually think its a good idea to get another conservator of estate. Jamie is trying to avoid that. Mostly becasue that way he will have to handle everything to choosen person. And bam him going to jail will be high plausibility
