This is just sad and to me proves (not that we didn't already know) that he cares so little about her as a human.

He's willing to dissolve the whole thing and walk away because he can keep the money he made and not face legal trouble. But he's going to protest it continuing with someone else in charge because that would mean bad things for him.

Jamie fails to see HE already ran things into the ground. Britney's net worth is estimated at only $60 million. 

Jamie also isn't convinced anyone needs to replace him right now as he, again according to him, hasn't done anything worth needing to be replaced. 

Interestingly, Jamie says the judge should dismantle the entire conservatorship without Britney undergoing a medical evaluation. 

In other words, Jamie does not want someone to replace him as conservator - he wants the thing to end entirely. However, having someone step in as conservator would give them great access to things Jamie likely wants to keep under lock and key.
