I hate to say this, but I believe that if there is one person that is gonna get away with all of this, it's gonna be Rudolph the red nose raindeer. He seems to have bailed ship at the right time to avoid the majority of the negative press the people still in the con have been hit with. And he still has plenty of juice in Hollywood from his work with Brit.
