So it sounds like Ingham did indeed have a settlement almost agreed with Jamie regarding his removal as Conservator of the person and estate. Unbelievable.

Adam Streisand was with Loeb and Loeb when the cship first started.  He is currently at the firm Sheppard Mullin.  Streisand no longer worked at Loeb and Loeb when they were hired by Ingham.  The lead attorneys at L&L working for Ingham were David Nelson and Ronald Pearson.
