The New York Times: Controlling Britney Spears (Framing Britney Spears Part 2) - DISCUSSION THREAD

Recommended Posts

When Britney Spears told the court her conservatorship was abusive, she worried the public wouldn’t believe her. People sought us out -- at great risk to themselves -- because they felt compelled to back her up with evidence. The “Framing Britney Spears” follow-up airs tonight.

Premieres tonight at 10pm on FX and starts streaming at 10pm ET / 7pm PT on Hulu under "The New York Times Presents."

Ugh now it's getting abusive... Can't people control themselves? Now they're profiting off of her... Again.

This can also somehow divert or dissolve our attention. If there's too much to watch or listen to, many people don't watch or listen at all. They are starting to infoxicate us on the topic.

Plus, isn't it ironic that she has explicitly said that SHE DOES NOT WANT THESE DOCUMENTARIES, yet they keep coming? They "hear her but don't listen".
