This is AMAZING! It sounds so good and so much like the original which is what we want obvs. But almost better?? Incredible. My (other) girl is amazing. This is why she's my second fave after Britney (Britney will always be #1)

Just listened and it's so good, although it does sound very similar to the original! My only complaint is that in the first chorus I feel like the instrumental was a bit quiet? Taylor's vocals were even better this time around though!

I think her reasons to choose one or the other are unknown by the public. All I know is she can't re record Reputation until 2022, for legal reasons. Other than that, it's her choice. 

 

Regarding the song, it's Lana del Rey a 100%. Haha Taylor is at her best when she interprets Lana. Joke aside, is she trying to sound exactly like her?

For those asking why she chose to release a song off 1989, it's because the song is trending on tiktok so it's a great move the songs gets more attention and she owns it
