Finally giving my two cents and being completely honest, if I were Nicki I wouldn’t get involved in such topics. I’m all about freedom of speech and all, but it’s better to consult with a publicist first. It’s crazy the impact an artist have with some little (and inoffensive) tweets.

The complications/death from the Covid vaccine are so rare ,that we're almost wasting our time talking about it. If a 0.0020% chance of death scares you, don't ever in your life do anything that has even the slightest chance that it will harm you. I'm sure that's a healthy way to exist. Other vaccines also have a small chance of causing symptoms like seizures or swelling or even a life threatening allergic reaction. Ever heard of the measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) vaccine? Yeah ,they are ***potentially*** harmful in the statistical sense but guess what? They're mandatory in every state in the US for all children K-12 and the vast majority of people are better off with it than without it.
