Might be a good thing.  If she brings this issue to court, both sides speak in court. In other words, she can be asked a few questions in court... If this fan is prepared, gets some facts and doesn't back down it would be fun.

She wouldn't fly to a different state for a deposition in another case she filed against a fan so I doubt she'll raise court action in the UK.
