Well, her firm is already on the papers when she was forced by Larry to sign the contract to go on tour, right after getting out of stage or when she was forced to check in that mental health facility.

Remember what Jodi said about her stay in that facility? Read the 3rd paragraph. 

Ofc her firm is on the papers, but it's not just about finding her signature on them, it's about the tactics they used to threaten her. Obviously Im not a lawyer so I dont know what kind of investigation it takes to find accurate and enough evidence of their abuse, specially since, based on papers, she seems to have given permission to all those things.

But lets not lose hope, Harvey Weinstain's case was also difficult to fight in court since his abusive behavior took place not 5,6,7 or 10 but 20 or 30 years prior to the initial accusations.

A key factor in that case was that many women dared to testify. In Britney's case, there must be many people (directors, photographers, dancers, executives) who can be requested to testify under oath.
