For How Long Britney's Father and Others Can Go To Prison?

I know nothing about American law honestly so I have sm questions  

So Britney's father and others can go to prison for all of that alleged conservatorship abuse, alleged stealing money etc, right? How long then? Can even Jamie Lynn go to prison for allegedly benefiting from the conservatorship?

I doubt anyone will actually go to prison at all.

These are white collar crimes, all commited while under supervision of the courts.

Honestly if anyone can make it happen though it's Rosengart.

I can imagine he litigates, and they settle in the end with Jamie (and possibly Lou) paying back a certain amount of money in trying to avoid bleeding dry entirely because of lawyer fees. 

The good thing is the roles will be reversed: Jamie will be forced to pay for lawyers himself for the first time in his life, AND he won't have an income since he probably can't get a job anywhere ever again and chances are he gets back to drinking real soon (if he hasn't already) .

To be real, I really don't think he will be seeing any jail time we should hope all of her money comes back to her.
