DuranDuran
I'll add it here to balance Brian's egotism a bit as not only the choreography made this performance iconic https://www.designweek.co.uk/issues/6-12-september-2021/stufish-britney-spears-vmas/ 2 Link to comment

TheBlackoutRadar
People use the word iconic with such ease and thoughtlessness that it's diminished and devalued its meaning. This is a performance that truly holds the word to its original value. 20 years later and people still aspire to have a performance as interesting, as surprising, as memorable, and as heralded as this performance. When people talk about the VMAs - this is what they always talk about. Well done not just to Britney for leading the performance, and Brian and Wade for the choreography, and Banana the snake for being a great snake, but to the dancers, the costume designers, the set designers, and the other crew members who helped put the stage and performance together because every part of it is spectacular! Also, I like Brian's Free Britney jumper. 1 4 Link to comment
SumoCyco2017
U know this is who the blonde female dancer is talking about in her post about "doing something instead of just hashtagging for the coattails", im so sick of him talking about this same tired 8 count. Link to comment
