If I understand correctly, if Penny agrees, we will have the opportunity to hear the hearing as it was on June 23.

She would be an idiot not agreeing… otherwise higher powers will be involved on a possible federal level. So maybe not agreeing will be beneficial to many others and laws will be reformed.

Who is he? Im not familiar with him. Why is everyone hyping this up so much? Is it good news? :decisions_britney_thinking_confused_focusing_unsure_xfactor_bw_black_white:

He’s a celebrity attorney who has attended rallies and is quite passionate about the movement. He also breaks down legal docs, etc on Twitter/YouTube.

This is good because he’s fighting to have the audio program reinstated, arguing that shutting it down infringes on the public’s constitutional rights, among other things.

Basically this is a good step for gaining more transparency in the case so they can’t shut the public out like they have in the past.

Christopher Melcher is one of the few attorneys who has publicly advocated for Britney in the press. He follows her case closely and is an excellent communicator for the lay public.

Yes, he is also Kanye's attorney. Keep in mind that Lou M. Taylor manages aspects of the Kardashians' businesses. Remember there was talk of placing Ye in a conservatorship? It's not a stretch of the imagination to guess who came up with that suggestion.

I wouldn't be surprised if Chris Melcher is interested in seeing Lou M. Taylor go down. She is a truly noxious being.

All of this!

Melcher also works with the major national news networks. ABC often features him to break down Britney's case :bedtime_britney_book_Reading:

They probably  went with September rather than allowing an earlier hearing hoping public outrage and pressure would wane. And they would have time to plant their soundbytes of "mental issues" "housekeeper battery" etc to sway public opinion.. hoping to sweep it all under the carpet with delays etc.. stalling obfuscation while they drain the estate with lawyer fees
