I pray to God that Jaime is removed. I wonder if the outcome is good, will she share something addressing it. I also wonder if she would make an appearance in court this time.

I just hope everything goes well and all of this is over by her birthday, I of course will be working during so I will be frantically refreshing my phone.

Someone told me that Rosengart can’t pursue charges for Jamie and Team Con if the conservatorship is ended and can only do so if Jamie is removed.  Is this true?  And if so, shouldn’t the is be what we want to happen tomorrow since Britney wants this team held accountable and wants justice?  I’m just getting confused at this point lol.

There's a lot to catch up on lol. But here's what I understand:  The goal is to get Jamie removed. Period.  This was always the plan.  It changed things when Jamie petitioned for the CShip to end, which was obviously sus.  However, certain things can only be pursued while the conservatorship still exists. So Team Rose wants JAmie out first for multiple reasons:

ONE: it  would immediately mean his powers are taken away rather than a possibly delayed process while the cship is in the process of being terminated, thus giving Britney the freedom from her Dad in the quickest way possible, her number one goal stated over and over.

TWO: The cship needs to exist so that a NEW temporary conservator can be appointed, this then allows the NEW conservator to have access to ALLLLL the precious documents and records that team con doesn't want anyone to see. My understanding is that potentially, they could get rid of these documents if the cship doesn't exist and for a lot of them, they would be very difficult to obtain thereafter.  

THREE: Team Rose, aka Brit and Rosengart specifically petitioned for the CSHIP to end this fall because they want to be able to access the documents and would need to make arrangements with all the financial and business dealings to be handled, when transferring over from her dad to some other ways and this takes time. It is the responsible thing to do after the cship has existed for 13 years to have time to unravel all those things before the cship disappears and everything is just left to the wayside because no one is there to manage these things without an orderly transition of power; new accountants, business managers, etc etc and Britney can't handle and work on this transition while her Dad is still a conservator as they don't agree and don't speak.

FOUR: Even if the cship ends it doesn't mean all kinds of charges couldn't still be pursued against Jamie and team con, if they broke laws, they broke laws and can be charged as such, especially certain things could be charged in a federal court...it's mainly obtaining the records and a couple different things that they COULD be charged for would only be possible while the cship still exists, as far as I understand (and this part hasn't been verified because I've only heard it spoken of once or twice, but supposedly there is a multimillion dollar ($47mill) bond that Jamie would have to pay if he is found to be negligent in the course of the cship in any way, my understanding is that this can only be pursued WHILE the cship still exists), but if any one knows if this is true or more specifics, please enlighten us! So ultimately, certain limitations on what could be charged will definitely change if the cship is ended, but many things could still be charged even when it ends.  There is obvi reasons why Jamie would all the sudden change to say he wants the cship to end, could be even more sinister, but it's definitely likely he knows and is running from what could happen when he is suspended and the cship still exists.  

This is why I hope it DOESN'T end tomorrow, which would definitely indicate the judge was working with Team Con because she has been the one upholding that Britney is unfit for years, been reading reports that supposedly say how unfit she is (and is either with team con or blindly believing Team Con's records) and has said she wants to follow proper procedure.  In other words and in my opinion, if the cship ends tomorrow, it's (allegedly) because Judge Penny is trying to help team con because it wouldn't be in alignment with her past statements and actions but would obviously clearly benefit Jamie - remember he is always looking out for himself, so if he's asking the cship to end, it's because it will benefit HIM in some way, not Britney.  There are definitely reasons why he would change his mind so drastically, probably when he saw it was inevitable it will end and there are more than enough grounds to get him suspended, then he had to find a way to get in the least trouble possible (allegedly).

It's Wednesday morning in the UK and woke up with knots of my stomach. Told my husband and children it "was the big day" and they looked at me a bit confused  Sending all the positive vibes to Britney today that I can muster. Praying it will be the right result for her. If Penny does not get it right today the backlash is going to be immense!

I wonder what are gonna be the immediate actions taken while any investigations happen. I feel like they're gonna try everything, from a smear campaign, to send her paparazzis every day, I even fear that God knows what kind of sketchy deals they may have with companies or whatever, and they start suing her or whatever. So I'm curious to know what will Rosengart do right after the leeches are removed.

Idk coz they wouldn't be the one stalking Britney afterwards so a restraining order wouldn't make sense but he needs to be investigated thoroughly even if the conservatorship stays or not.
