Does this insider live in Brazil? :awks_britney_side_eye_awkward_2011_ff_femme_Fatale:

This one I have some believe in actually, I work with Sony India and this rumour came to me also yesterday but still unsure about this one.

As this news came just today, this might be actually true because I heard the same thing yesterday.

I was thinking this, he'd need to be involved as Conservator of her Estate, surely?

to be fair I am very new to conservator/guardianship law and its very rare for someone to be working under these kinds of arrangements but I don't think rosengart even holds sway in britney's business matters because at this point Britney doesn't even hold sway in her business matters...he only holds sway in her legal interests in the context of the conservatorship...but like I said I could be wrong...

How can she do this if Jamie is still in charge of all her business?

She now has a lawyer that represents her and I'm assuming she is allowed to have some say in all of this. Obviously James needs to be out completely but I feel like she can still make some amends or at least express her desires and Rosengart can take it from there. Plus, if Britney wants to terminate the contract with RCA, Jamie can't be involved in her music, or they could negotiate sth new (I kinda wish she leaves them tbh).

See, his signature does not solely represent Britney and her wishes anymore. She now has Rosengart who has been pretty vocal on what her wishes are... sooo Jamie can't really make any new decisions on behalf of Britney since now Rosengart can make a case that it didn't have Britney's approval, i.e. her voice hasn't been heard; somethinh they've done for 13 years pretty well when she should've been consulted with at all times.

Remember that she has some rights but they've purposefully kept her in the unknown for so long.

I think it could be that Britney’s former lawyer was in concert with her team and they purposefully kept her in the dark about her actual rights and what she can and cannot do. And this lawyer might be overseeing that she can actually do a lot of things  she was not being permitted to do by her team simply because they didn’t want her to
