State of California and the DA don’t understand basic or conservatorship law. It’s not surprising. They’ve kicked Britney around for long enough and I hope they all suffer for it.

Yes I know minors can still be charged but it makes me wonder how they decide when she is an adult and when she isn't. It also makes me wonder if she Is under the conservatorship due to mental illness  couldn't they just site insanity due to mental distress. Idk I'm not a lawyer or Dr so I'm probably not using the right terms but you know what I mean lol.
