There's nothing to say this picture was actually taken in Destin, Florida, and there's nothing to say it's Jamie-Lynn's. I don't think any of her family would drive around with their surname on their cars. 

It reeks of someone just wanting to cause unnecessary drama and using an innocent parties car as bait.

not that common . I can't think of any other person I know off the top of my head with the last name of spears

I used the license plate lookup website to search and found its a Florida plate, this G63 was bought in 2019.
