This list looks like it was just the author's personal choices of some of the most recognisable songs of the past two decades. 

Even ignoring the fact that Baby one more time or Oops I did it again aren't in the top ten, why would you have Beyoncé's single ladies number one and not Crazy in love ?

It makes no sense.
