A single album is usually a physical release that consists of 1-3 songs, so it's getting a CD.

Yeah, sometimes K-Pop albums have CD exclusive tracks, but that's not just a single album thing. That can apply to any kind of album.

You can never tell when it comes to K-Pop releases because the term "album" can be rather dubious sometimes. However, if we consider the naming scheme BLACKPINK have used so far, it should be at least 2 songs. Rosé's was marketed as a "single album" and had 2 songs, whereas Jennie's was just called a "single" and only had one song.

Also, LALISA would be a weird name for a song, so chances are the actual lead single is gonna have a different name. This also indicates that it's gonna have more than one song because you wouldn't call them different names if it were just one song. Rosé's lead single was On the Ground, but the single album itself was called -R-. Jennie only had Solo, so there was no other name.

I'll never understand the point of kit albums because you don't even get a CD. You get a little device that you can use to download the songs to your phone.  However, this time around it lowkey looks better than the actual album.

Yeah that makes sense, I know K-pop releases can be different to western music releases!
