Billie Eilish narrowly blocks Doja Cat from earning her first ever No.1 on Billboard 200

Update: Billie Eilish’s “Happier Than Ever” remains at No.1 for a third consecutive week, making it the longest running #1 female album in 2021. 

Doja Cat’s “Planet Her” is 1k sales unit short from hitting No. 1 on Billboard 200.
 

 

The past week has been a really close battle between Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish and Doja Cat for the No.1 spot on Billboard 200. HDD reports that Doja Cat has come out on top with 'Planet Her', which debuted and peaked at No. 2 on Billboard 200. This is the album's 8th week on the chart.

Olivia Rodrigo's 'Sour' is only 1.2k sales units behind, and remains on the chart at No. 2. Meanwhile, Billie Eilish's 'Happier Than Ever' will fall to No. 3.

Oh Wow!  Impressive in its 8th week!  I hope this happens for her...I love her! 

I like the album a good bit.  It doesn't have as many big radio/viral singles as her last album but its still solid.   Fingers crossed for  Doja!
