Are we 100% sure the video is current? Not trying to be a conspiracy theorist. People post old videos all the time. 

But on the other hand, it has been a LONG time since her nose looked the way it did in 2008. Dare we hope???

I believe she might have had smaller nose intervention in 2013 and had been getting fillers ever since.

It's insane how much her face reverted to her old self since she stopped with them in 2020

This had been run trough remini by a stan who did comparison

 

However I do believe some of her posts are run though face app
