There is Now a Significant Conflict of Interest with Britney and Judge Pennywise

Now that her son is involved, he is clearly influencing her decision-making and even skewing public opinion by making public statements. He is the “Judge”’s SON. There is now a conflict of interest. Is the “Judge” going to be remove? If your own son is making public statements about how it’s all a conspiracy theory or whatever he said, I really can’t see how the “Judge” can be impartial.

and that’s a FACT :miley_cyrus_disco_ball_stare:

apparently it could be argued, i see it as farfetched but i don't know, maybe it isn't when some people who know about law say it could be possible cause.

i just dont think its so easy... i dont know.

I'm not judging her by her sons actions. I'm judging her because Britney cried for help before to her and nothing happened.

She already knew everything Britney said in her testimony and more.

Britney said so. Clear and loud.

She did nothing and let the abuse go on. And she still does.

How can you turn your cheek to someone literally telling you they’re being abused.

She’s a bad one . Judge Penny wise must be stopped

oh I know ! That's also my view on this.

I'm just so upset this judge doesn't want to make the situation better for a woman who is suffering infront of the entire world it makes me question this judge's worth as a person...so I may sound hard on her on a personal level but that comes from a place of shock because she won't do nothing and now that her kid is coming to insult us...that's like the cherry on the cake. :pika_pikachu_slap_fighting_hitting_mad:

She inherited a mess from the last judge and rather than clean it up (i.e. see how corrupt it is and find a way to end the whole thing) she just swept the mess into the closet for years until that mess grew so big numerous people could see it bursting through the closet doors and overflowing and that's when she decided to start cleaning it. Very slowly because it's a huge mess at this point. If she had just cleaned it up when she took on the case (it's become very clear to me that the last judge NEVER GAVE A DAMN about doing things in the best interest of the conservatee [Britney] and so far at this point you could say the same thing about her) then we wouldn't be in the situation that we're currently in.

I have faith in Rosengart. if he thinks Penny needs to be removed in order for them to win this then I'm sure he will find a good argument to base it on.

This is what I think...I don't think she is necessarily a corrupt judge like the last one because if she was she wouldn't have insisted on Britney appearing and letting her speak for over 20 min...she also would insist on keeping documents unsealed or allowed Britney to finally choose her own attorney...I just think she is a weak judge who was never interested in cleaning up mess until she had no other choice...
