Jamie Spears Most Likely Will Not Have To Pay Any Money Back

Does anyone know anything about this 40 million? Christopher Melcher described it as a bond, not insurance. I'm not sure what the difference is, but I do wonder who would have insured Jamie Spears for 40 million, which I assume is kind of a bet that a) he won't mismanage a huge fortune and b) he and the courts will continue to maintain control of a grown woman. When I think of a bond, I believe it's money handed over as security, and it's returned when conditions aren't breached. So how did Jamie come up with 40 million? He just doesn't seem like a good bet, on the face of it.
