Probably they knew he would step down so there was no reason for the judge to suspend Jamie nor bring the court date forward, who knows.

This is AMAZING.  So if he was conservator of her estate, and Jodi is temp conservator of her person, does this mean she's free from estate conservatorship??????  I need legal details!!!!
