Amen. So many people in this world are good and kind. Heck, while there's many horrible parents in the industry, you also always hear about amazing parents in the industry. It's such a shame Britney's family weren't one of those rare, good families in the industry. Maybe if they'd always had her back since the beginning, she wouldn't have even had a struggle in the first place.

I think everyone outraged that team con tricked the media - this does NOT help them. If anything, if he does not step down on or before Sep. 29, there will be more public outrage. He's on his way out imo. He has conceded (though he will kick and scream and point fingers till the very last moment when the ink dries).

I know he is not officially out yet, but guys, this is HUGE news and real forward momentum. Rosengart is commenting on this - imo if Jamie wasn't on his way out Rosengart would have dragged him for filth. Jamie knows time is up. It's important to celebrate the little victories.

Home girl already destroyed the brand. She wants to start a new on her own terms. Let them release what they will. No one is going to give a **** what she did 13 years ago.  Jamie and team con have no power over her any more.

This. As soon as Jamie's officially gone, Britney can begin working with Jodi and whoever the estate nominee was (forgot his name) to set up plans so she can start showing her competency.

She won't be free tomorrow by any means, but hopefully within the year, or (knock on wood), 2022 at the latest, Britney could be a fully free woman.

There's something important people are not talking about: 

Page 10 - Jamie and Vivian straight out putted the Court Investigator in the limelight as an alibi for their activities these past 13 years. Meaning that if they go down, this professional would go too.

Maybe that's why the court investigation that should've pointed out the wrong doings in Britney's conservatorship resulted in nothing. Jamie is literally threatening the court house. It seems the attack on Lynne was not the primary goal of this petition

This means that he must be replaced by another conservator. Let's hope that the court will go with the one Britney has chosen and suggested

that's what i'm saying, if this wasn't huge and important news Rosegart woudn't have made a comment so obviously it's  significant and I quote " A step towards justice"

Basically they are blaming Lynne for not being there, Jodi for making ridiculous statement, and Britney who still love her “daddy”.  Thoreen stated multiple time in the filing documents how successful the conservatorship is in the past 13 years and should continue to do so. They beg Judge Pennywise to rule over historical knowledge and not allegation or public sentiments. 

Can’t wait to see how much of a clown Brenda Pennywise this coming court date.

Judge Penny has no reason NOT to go with the one Rosengart and Britney have chosen. He's a fantastic choice. If she doesn't, she's just as corrupt.
