he is but he's still pending matters, i.e. 2019 accounting and other resolutions. so he's not stepping down immediately, but pretty much he's laying out conditions for that to happen

So if she was that mentally impaired and had such addictions why was she guest starring on How I Met Your Mother two months later, releasing a single 4/5 months later, an album after that and touring.
