She's also promoting her Paramount + Documentary Madame X takes on the world tour stage. 

 

Apparently MTV and Viacom paid Madonna a big paycheck think in the 50 million range to be the exclusive rights of her tour documentary.

 

Since MTV was how she became a superstar, it just seemed right to use her as the first exclusive concert of their streaming kind.

Leotards are used for dancing it's been the style of ballet for many years. 

 

It's just Jean's are used for street dancing, not forms of classical dance styles.
