On August 9, 1999, the L'Oreal Summer Music Mania festival took place at the Coors Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, California. Britney Spears opened the show in which other artists also participated, such as NSYNC, Christina Aguilera, Jessica Simpson, 98 Degrees and Melissa Joan Hart doing the backstage interviews.

Wow took me back to when I was 8 years old and I remember watching this on UPN as a kid. Poor Jessica Simpson that wannabe jealous hater never had the chance. Back in 1999 they were already calling Britney the Queen of Pop and rightfully so.
