CURIOUS : Why does it matter whether someone goes to the doctor or not when there is no Capacity Declaration on file?

I don't get it either, people shouldn't be forced to see doctors if they're not a danger to themselves or to others. 

I don't think Britney is trying to harm herself or kill someone.

I feel like she should not need to be evaluated because there's never been a capacity declaration, but I'm not a lawyer so I have no idea.

The thing is, she probably doesn't need to. I think it's their way of gaslighting her and trying to make her think she's crazy

Also if there is no Declaration of Capacity shouldn't she be able to end the cship without evaluation and at request?

The 2007 thing got used against her. Literally the whole planet think she’s a crazy, unstable person. That’s why her family must to pay!
