Circus tour stunts: Why did the judge allow those stunts to happen?

Recommended Posts

im also glad this happened cause queen b is fierce HOWEVER no objections in 2009 for this? Why isnt this brought up in court yet as evidence. despite all of it being fab, it was really really dangerous for a person who supposedly could not manage herself. Queen B <3

Because physical dexterity, intelligence, and mental health are three separate things.

For example, Simone Biles was able to perform at the Olympics until such a point as her mental health began affecting her physical dexterity.

One needs to impact the other for it to have a detrimental effect on a performance.

We still don't know what the root of Britney's mental health issues are...So it's still hard to say if the Circus tour was dangerous for her.

All those stunts would be dangerous for anyone

She's a seasoned performer who is used to training with professionals in order to pull them off.

The only reason it would become actually dangerous is if her mental health and/or medications was affecting her physical dexterity.

And at this stage neither were, fast forward to Femme Fatale and medications were clearly affecting everything she did daily. This thread proves she was and is fine they allowed her to put her life in danger multiple times during the same show 90 whatever times and not once did she hurt herself because she knew what she was doing.

Is Simone Biles even close to the point of being put in a conservatorship? Being placed in a conservatorship would and should mean that person is not capable of doing something so demanding as going to the Olympics.

The cship doesn't simply imply Britney has a mental illness, it implies that Britney has such a severe form of mental illness she can't make her own decisions. Meanwhile her conservator places her in clearly anxiety inducing situations? Make it make sense.

Lets theorise something bigger in regards to this. Why wasn't the lack of a medical declaration filed?

Ultimately, if the judge were to reject this on the basis of it being dangerous, there was never a ground to reject it; with no medical declaration, Team Conservatorship could deny Britney's rights because the conservatorship was filed on hearsay, not proof, while simulatenously, allowing these stunts to happen as there was also no reason for them not to allow or to say she was unable.

You're answering your own question.

The conservatorship wasn't necessary...And the proof is that she was able to safely pull off these stunts.

I see your point but surely, the basis of a conservatorship overrights the validity in your point? That the system is for those who are beyond reasonable doubt unable to care for themselves at a basic level.

Additionally, wasn't Simone denied medication for her ADHD on the basis that it broke their enhancement drug rules? I saw this somewhere, so I maybe wrong, but if that was correct, her mental health affected her physical performance negatively as she could not correctly manage the former.

Also, if Britney's mental health diagnosis is so severe, which has never been proven, surely the physical side is irrelevant? Team Con told people she was a paranoid schizophrenic; How can they justify dangling her from the rafters  in front of thousands? if its bipolar, how can they justify that she is both competely capable of doing stunts but not a risk of harming herself if her depressions were too low.

As much as I agree that the three things are seperate, the very basis of the conservatorship and the statements made by team con raise more questions than answer.
