I am not saying he is, but IF he was working in a field connected/depending on Lou Taylor for example, that would be one. But anyway, it is not his responsibility so it has nothing to do with him. It is about Judge Penny and her conflicts of interest. Likewise if she is ruling unjust and unethical because she is trying to protect wrongdoings she has approved and does not want to be exposed. Or because Jamie pays her. Of course her son should not be harassed or in any way blamed, he is not the judge.

Right, but people are going after him because he is Judge Penny’s son. They are attacking him for the perceived or actual actions of his mother, on a case he most likely has no inside knowledge on.

I just think it’s crazy some people justify the social media onslaught against him, as if it would have any impact on the conservatorship. :orangu_orangutan_ape:

He brought this on himself when wanted to brag about her being his mom and how she don't play

I mean I can’t imagine he thought doing that would bring death threats against him but go off! :orangu_orangutan_ape: In hindsight it probably wasn’t the wisest thing to do. But it still doesn’t make death threats any more acceptable.

And the fact people are again making excuses to justify the threats is mind boggling to me. :cackling_cackle_lol_what_unbelievable_disbelief_glasses_meme:

This is such bizarre rhetoric. I know of NO movement that is so quick to protect people from accountability, literally no movement. Not even the Free Britney movement because the message from them is something else than this 👆

To point out potential conflict of interest BY THE JUDGE has zero to do with “sending death threats to her 13 year old middle aged son”. In fact, when That Surprise Witness for example tweeted about a potential conflict of interest, she wasn’t even criticising this 50 year old son of the corrupt judge. Not one bit. Jesus Christ, the conflict of interest would lie with the judge. Is it that hard to understand, really? I never saw BLM supporters cry out “we MUST stop criticising the system, we MUST protect everyone who have enabled these cops, people will think we are crazy”. And I never saw animal rights activists stopping themselves from going too far when breaking in to farms, literally abusing farmers and destroying property. The Free Britney movement is the most peaceful movement in current times, in the western world. There is literally zero reason to be paranoid and to shame people for pointing out things like conflict of interest, hypocrisy, or criticising those close to Britney that allowed her to be abused and held in slavery! Likewise is there zero reason to start screaming that it is “death threats” going on Everytime people have opinions about hypocrisy, crimes and conflicts of interests. Unless your last name is Spears, (but with a different given name than “Britney”), Ingham, Taylor, Montgomery, Penny etc 🤨

This is how I see it too. Ain't nothing wrong with pointing out a conflict of interest. If people see that as attacking, well then so be it. I guess they just lack comprehension skills

Yes, I think it is embarrassing to see people being so aggressive in defending everyone that are responsible for and has benefited from the conservatorship, especially when they are often really mean to fans while doing it. And pressure from the public does work and always has. Why would Jamie waste millions of Britney’s money on defaming Britney in the media and buy PR for his own image, I mean, he could have bought boats and cars from this stolen money 😒. I mean, if it doesn’t matter what the opinion of the GP is, why waste so much money?
It really means everything. They could do this to Britney thanks to a long defamation campaign in the media, sl**-shaming and gaslighting Britney, while getting PR as the “concerned parents”.

Fear of bad publicity makes companies drop deals, stop with things like animal testing, real fur, GMOs, dangerous chemicals, child labour, human trafficking, systematic racism, ***ual harassment culture, etc, etc, etc! It DOES help that Cade, Lance Bass, Jamie Lynn, Brenda Penny, Lynne, Brian, Ingham, Lou Taylor etc are getting bad feedback on social media. When the pressure is enough, people make new decisions. Without pressure, they just continue exploiting.

No and yes. It is like that in modern times in movements and it actually has often be the challenge, like in the Spanish civil war in the 30s between fascists and “leftists”, the fascists won partly because of internal conflicts on the left, socialists, stalinists and anarchists started to war among themselves as well. In BLM that also I have attended rallies for, not everyone who shares the hashtag agree on everything, neither ideologically or what methods are ok or not. I have many friends that are vegan and who has never hurt a fly, but they share all kinds of animal rights organisations on sm, including ones that are classed as terrorists. Of course everyone that shares the hashtag #Freebritney does not agree about everything. Also, fans and free Britney is not really the same thing. There are fans or people who was fans in their childhood who has no clue what has been going on, or they actually support the conservatorship, some even though they say they also support Free Britney. Then there are dedicated activists who joined because they are human rights activists or just supporters of what is fair, and kind of became “fans” on the way. Not at all in terms of idolising Britney though. More like humanising her.

I agree that we should not believe unverified reports like Rosengart’s wife working in the conservatorship field, if there are no evidence for that (I never heard that!) But I don’t know, maybe someone has messaged him but I am actually sure that ANYONE who is just a little bit famous or in the news get messages from people questioning them or being weird. We can’t avoid that because every news anchor, every judge, policemen, politicians, artists, even contestants on talent shows etc gets messages from strangers. So it is not because there is something wrong with That Surprise Witness or with Free Britney or her fans. Personally I don’t think any fan culture of any artist is pleasant, I think people that live through a famous person and guards them aggressively are creepy af. And you find them both with Metallica, Bob Dylan, Christina Aguilera, Eminem (!) etc. Those people will always be there so I don’t think educated people should be censored just because anybody out there will do what they do.

Ill put it this way:

Britney would want us to talk about possible conflicts of interest like this.

James Spears would be the type of person to tell others to stop talking about it. :endit_sunglasses_fab_yas_queen:

This sentence right here, just shows how corrupt the cship!! I guess for him it was more about control than money (like you said he could have bought fancy cars) because he took great satisfaction in seeing his daughter be hurt.  And yes, companies do drop deals for fear of bad publicity which is why we need to keep the pressure on them!! Especially Lou, we need more stars who work with her to see how shady she is and get them to drop her
