Jodi Montgomery's lawyer issues statement: Jamie is the one who signed off Britney going to the mental health facility

Britney's personal conservator, Jodi Montgomery, denies the allegations made by Jamie Spears. Read more about that here.

She issued a statement via her lawyer, denying the 5150 claim and doubles down on the absolute need for Jamie to step down as conservator over Britney's estate.  

Jodi also mentions Britney seemingly consented to her 2019 stay at a mental health facility, though one could argue Britney felt coerced or threatened to do so.

Probate Conservatorships cannot force medication or mental health hospital stays. It seems they work around the system to coerce people into the treatments they want to give them. I hate it, the system needs reform.

Well, Britney said she gave "consent" because she felt forced to go as she was threatened she wouldn't be able to see her kids or boyfriend otherwise and that she'd be punished.

She basically consented under duress.

Hmmmm. The declaration seems to suggest that the claims Jamie made under oath are not true… which is a violation of the law.

Hopefully this statement can be used as further evidence to remove Jamie. That’s really the only common denominator at this moment: everyone agrees Jamie must go. Then further change happens.

But just remove the main source of contention and the rest will be dealt with.

lol. Idk about america, but where I live, I can promise you, consenting to a psychiatric hold is just what you do because it's easier because they will put you in there no matter what if they see fit, it happened to me once and that's what they straight up told me. They were no doubt threatening her with her kids, too.

Yes and the statement hints that Jodi believes Britney’s possible psychological struggles in July were caused by Jamie – which Britney herself said too (I’m not sleeping, I’m crying). And that Jodi was worried that putting Britney through more evaluations etc. would be harmful to her mental health.

So Jamie gave Jodi an opportunity to tell the world again that he is horrible person and a liar, too.

It is going down. I am yelling timber!!! These evil people, Jodi is a scam but she cannot be more evil than Jamie. Jodi has no relation to Britney and recently changed sides to save herself from the sinking ship. But Jamie, he is doing this to his own flesh and blood! How could a father be that cruel, lying, manipulating and enjoying tormenting his own daughter?
