How the court believes this mans lies over doctors, medical team and a care manager is beyond me. Jamie has no degree, education behind him yet the court keep him on! It’s disgraceful

It goes to show how power hungry this man is. They are requesting to REMOVE him because it is adversely affecting her mental health. This isn't them getting in a fight and her saying something she doesn't mean, she's made it VERY clear in court that this is what she wants, so what kind of father would continue to fight against this? If he is worried about her mental health, guess what, he's her father, and COULD be there as her FATHER. Him suggesting she needs a conservatorship for literally ANY mental health issue she could possibly have is outrageous. There is no way she has some underlying mental illness that she has been able to hide for 13 years, and then speak for 20 minutes in court and make instagram videos, and drive a car, etc. that would warrant this. I'm not saying there isn't anything, but people have their issues and should be free to be able to make the medical choices they want or don't want. This whole thing is outrageous and this judge needs to be doing more than the whole bunch of NOTHING she has done so far.

Omg were they really considering another 5150 for Britney just because she spoke out about her situation publicly? Because I see no other valid reason why they would need it for Britney. 5150 psychiatric holds are a last resort and spontaneous operations when something really bad and unexpected is happening to a person. How can you think of considering it or plan it in advance? It doesn't make sense. Also, it's ******* scary. Rosengart needs to hurry up and file the petition to dissolve that conservatorship altogether. Jamie, Jodi, Britney's medical team... They all need to go asap. Who do they think they are?

And even if this is all true, it still makes Jamie look bad. "We're trying to force her to take meds and see doctors and she won't listen"

I mean the issue isn't that she isn't complying, it's that she doesn't have a say when it comes to her mental health.

And if it's true, then Jodi has to go. 5150 isn't something you can throw out all willy nilly, the person has to be a danger to themself or others.
