No because this is what's so messed up to me. In what world do we live in where the conservatee has to FIGHT to get her conservator, whom she pays with her own hard earned money, removed? Her being afraid of him should be more than enough. How is it that it's not and she has to prove that he's unfit when she's the one who's supposed to be protected? This whole system is a massive joke, it does nothing to protect vulnerable people, quite the opposite. And Jamie is absolute scum for refusing to let go when Britney clearly wants him gone. How many times does she have to go to court and break down crying before the court acknowledges it's enough and his removal has been long overdue? I hope Rosengart tears him a new one, what a sick individual.

We always suspected of Jodi but if the claims are true. Then Britney really never had someone on her side.

As for Jamie, you can't go lower can you. What a piece of trash. At this point I'm sure he won't hesitate putting Britney in a bad light as long as he saves what it's left of his reputation.

She doesn't even have to be afraid, or it shouldn't matter if Jamie has done a good job (which he hasn't). If the conservatee doesn't want that person to be their conservator, that's all that should matter, no ifs or buts or any excuses, no one should contest anything, it should be like, almost automatically.

Just confirms that in my opinion that Jodi WAS and IS TeamCon and was desperately looking for a way to reframe the narrative after Britney’s June 23rd testimony to help the conservatorship maintain complete control.

However after Jodi realized those efforts to save TeamCon were going to be ultimately useless she changed from wanting to save the conservatorship, to now just wanting to save her own *** and look good in the eyes of the public.

They are dragging her mental health trough the mud. At this point I almost hope someone finds out from what mental illness does she "suffer" from.

They are making her look like she is some kind of psychopath. A psychopath that is beyond of ever getting better. She literally has not shown any signs of serious mental illness trough the years. Such as schizophrenia,dementia,multiple personal disorder etc.

If anything she might be bipolar or she might have depression and anxiety.

This just proves how it's not about protecting vulnerable people at all. Because if it was, as you said, it wouldn't matter. Britney being "too sick" to make that decision wouldn't matter, because no matter if someone's sick or not, their words should be listened to, and if, I don't know, a very sick person with severe schizophrenia for example wants their conservator gone, then they should be replaced. Because why not? That's what I wanna know, the reasoning behind this. Britney as a conservatee isn't something to be owned, nor is her money. So if she wants Jamie gone, as the one who is supposed to be protected and the one who pays them all, why is it that she can't choose? The conservatorship system is majorly ****ed and little reforms here and there are never going to cut it. This needs to be rethought from scratch.
