Also, T** reporting that Jamie says Britney's "personal conservator" (Jodi?) told him less than a month ago that Britney was so mentally impaired the prospect of a 5150 was raised, in addition to calling Matthew's claims of malfeasance were "unsubstantiated" and "vague". Also denied stopping Britney from going to Hawaii.

I'm not a lawyer...Just a legal researcher...And my specialty isn't in probate law. 

So unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you.
