Why hasn't Arnold Schwarzenegger spoken up about #FREEBRITNEY?

Well they should speak out because it is so extreme and involve a colleague of theirs, it is in their own field of work. Same country, same state. And yes, all support benefits Britney.

So Arnold Schwarzenegger makes a #FreeBritney post. What do you think happens? Does Hollywood Reporter write an article about how he made a post? Does Good Morning America cover it for one minute? :umsaywhat_adele_hmm_umm_thinking_confused_unsure:

His potential statement, along with statements already released by other celebrities not directly impacted by the conservatorship, are/would be welcome signs of public support. At the same time, it does not change Britney’s situation. It does not free her from the conservatorship faster, it does not make the legal process speed along.

All a public statement does is show one individual supports Britney. Which isn’t bad (we know Britney has communicated she appreciates the support of her fans/the public) but it doesn’t make things much different for Britney otherwise.

If anything, Schwarzenegger could encourage for the California legislature to take up reform of conservatorships/probate law, but he can’t force that to happen. Plus he can’t say anything that will agree Britney faster.

It doesn’t just Have to be to tweet the hash tag. I think the ones who have spoken out should have come to the rallies, recorded longer videos, called for more support and investigation.

One thing Justin Timberlake and all other celebrities that have attacked paparazzis should have done is to have called out the media for sensationalising Britney’s encounter with the umbrella. Chris Martin punched a photographer in the face and knocked him down on the street. He could have shared that video on twitter to support Britney and to point out how absurd it is that only her one time little defence has been painted as “crazy”. They could show pictures of when they have looked scruffy, taken ***** etc. Some solidarity. Definitely more than just tweet “Free Britney”. That would have gotten the media’s attention and affected the narrative. Team Con is fighting hard to control the media narrative, they are not only concerned about what is happening in court. Jamie has paid for PR regularly, PR is not to do with court, it has to do with the opinions among the GP which in turn is shaped by the media a lot.

Personally, I don't really care about celebrities speaking out unless they have some damning evidence of something they witnessed like Iggy Azalea. Those statements are more impactful than some random celebrity saying they support her. Who cares? No one is going to come out and say she needs to be under a conservatorship. It's very clear she doesn't need one. As for awareness, at this point, if you don't know what's going on with Britney, you've been under a rock. The public is aware. Now, we need the stories.

I’m honestly tired of seeing “why hasn’t x spoken out” it’s not productive, and I think the movement is pretty much as “out there” as it can get. There’s not really anything more exposure will do for the case. She has a great new lawyer and things are in motion. Now we just wait.
