Is Britney allowed to travel outside the US?

Ok i've been wondering. With this conservatorship, can B actually visit other countries for vacation (and not business) ?

I'm sure Hawaï is great, but come on, something seems fishy here. There's so much else to see in the world. She love the UK for exemple, but when was the last time she went there for something else than a concert, promo or performance ?

Is this conservatorship restraining her to leave the country for leisure purposes ?

Probably. I'd imagine her passport is controlled and only given to her when she's going to one of the pre-approved places. Plus, the conservatorship doesn't apply everywhere so if she went somewhere where it's not in effect, they lose their power over her. it's sickening

I guess, as Colon spears took away her driving license he might've control over her passport as well.

I'm pretty sure it does. I'm actually surprised more people haven't noticed she doesn't seem to vacation anywhere but Hawaii.

Unless you believe she went to Italy earlier this year when Sam did even though we got zero photos of her there unlike when she goes to Hawaii.

I'd assume she's treated similarly to any minor who travels outside of their country when she's exiting united states; she needs someone to accompany her. She also needs her guardian's agreement. So yet again, it all depends if James wants her to, not if she can.

They extended the cship to Louisiana and Hawaii for a reason. That’s where she’s allowed to go. I imagine if she went anywhere else she’d be under heavy supervision.

I think it all boils down to the invincble fence they've surrounded her with.  Technincally, she can do alot of things - but there's always major consequences if she doesn't obey. She's been coping and self-censoring this entire time. My god, they ******* put her on Lithium for saying no to a dance move and vegas. And since day one threaten to take away her children.

From my understanding she is only allowed to go to three or four locations, if I remember correctly She is NOT allowed to leave the country without Colon's approval and you know at this point he will never approve that.

so i'm honestly curious, since she's not allowed to get in sam's car, what would happen if she did anyway? Her security,dad etc gonna call LAPD and say my adult daughter is running away with her boyfriend? lol

But I guess the most obvious answer is, if she didn't cooperate and get out of the car, they'd say "we're gonna tell the judge to take your kids away etc"

I don’t think Colon still has any power over that aspect.

I actually think she prefers Hawaii. She seems to suffer from anxiety that the C-ship has only made WORSE. She's mentioned wanting Jodi to help her "to feel comfortable getting back out into the world". So I think Hawaii offers her a sense of normalcy and a home away from home without feeling uncomfortable. She feels safe there. She likely knows the staff and knows they won't go to the media about her. She TRUSTS them. Girl has traveled the world many times. Maybe down the road she will feel comfortable going elsewhere but not quite yet. 

Also, I think when Colon was involved it was her only option (aka why the CON is enforceable in Lousiana and Hawaii) but now she just feels comfortable there.

He does because he has to agree to fund the trips she takes. Sure Jodi can say go but with what money

Britney is no different than a child except that she can vote and has no protection against parental abuse that children typically have. What's so difficult to understand about that?
