Britney files to REPLACE Jamie as Conservator with someone who is an expert in elder abuse litigation - Britney wants to file restraining orders

The docs list Britney's cash assets at $2,730,454, and her non-cash asssets at $57,666,398.

TMZ claims this is almost certainly not her complete financial portfolio.

"There are a lot of Morgan Stanley accounts listed, and real property (homes) are valued at $8,455,483."

That's important. Now, I'm thinking they're taking their time here so they can investigate where her money is. Remove Jamie and Jodi, get access to her financials instead of wasting time fighting Jamie over ending the conservatorship, and then the real hammer is going to come down when they realize money has been stolen.

I don't get what TMZ is referencing here. Both the Morgan Stanley accounts and the real estate are part of the ~60m estate that is itemized in today's documents.

So while there definitely SHOULD be other missing large $$$ assets, these are not it.

Realllly hope the forensic accounting team solves this mystery.

Not trying to be a butthead. I just don't really understand why they can't do all of this outside of any conservatorship. File to dissolve it then get a TRO against Jamie. Have someone look into the accounting outside of the con. I do feel like Rosengart has Britney's best interests in mind, but why not just file to terminate? I only say this cause Britney herself said she wants to. Would love to hear some perspectives so I can wrap my mind around it

B stated many times in court she doesn’t want to be evaluated, given Pennys history of not believing B/ordering more investigations/evaluations- it doesn’t seem likely Penny will go for terminating it without some sort of evaluation that B is of sound mind and sound capability. Vivian stated that somewhere along the way B agreed to the C ship, making it a voluntary one. So even if it wasn’t legit/lawful in the beginning, she supposedly agreed to it, making it lawful.

I think B might really need some sort of therapy, medication, trauma treatment, etc. and if they can remove Jamie (who controls EVERYTHING, even if he claims to only be in charge of her estate, Lynnes recent statements said otherwise), she will have a chance for her stress and trauma to subside a bit, she can choose new/better therapists, she can change meds if she needs to, she can be surrounded by support rather than her abusers staff.

so, if an evaluation does HAVE to happen: which person stands a better chance of “passing” an evaluation

1) someone who has been abused since childhood (confirmed in Lynnes book) that’s being controlled, isolated, medicated, overworked, and under treated for years, possibility on the wrong meds, possibly seeing a therapist she doesn’t like/is causing her more trauma, is forced to work or isolate herself at home, is watched CONSTANTLY by her abusers hired staff, etc. and is presenting like she’s in survival mode

versus

2) someone who has been given choice in her own therapist, someone who has a new psychiatrist evaluating any medications/supplements she’s on, someone who has removed her abuser from her every day life and is able to hire her OWN: assistants, house keepers, security, etc, someone who is allowed to see friends, go out and have fun, have some level of autonomy and Choice in their daily lives, is not in constant fear they are being watched and stolen from, is not forced into a diet, work venture, relationship, treatment they don’t agree with.

My guess is person two would present “better” to the court simply from the trauma symptoms alone being less present.

Removing Jamie allows B to thrive and if she has to be evaluated, I’d want my client to be thriving not in survival mode.

Ingham couldn’t do this in 13 freaking years while Rosengart did that in over a week. I hope yall won’t freak out over the replacement because the end goal will always be to terminate the cship as a whole, no matter what.

also that Lynne and Jodi are supporting Britney to remove Jamie - another ******* win! :thirsty_britney_onyx_drink_flirt_drinking_sipping_fan_hot:

There is literally NO WAY for him to stay now. BYE BYE JAMIE, YOU WONT BE MISSED. :rihit_rihanna_annoyed_throw_walk_away_bye_irritated_mad:

Great news, however them not petitioning to end it screams to me Britney has some sort of issue or medical diagnosis that must be pretty severe. Let's hope now she will get more freedoms she deserves and can make progression to being happy and healthy.

She's traumatised by the years and years of doctors analyzing her and forcing her into treatments and medications. She said it herself in the hearing she has abandonnement issues and clearly she feels that these doctors have abandonned her and betrayed every single time.

If you go to severe trauma you will literally do anything not to go through another one of those situations.

That is not what the documents say but whatever!

We'll be shocked when we find out that is a pretty common issue

Good breakdown for those who prefer videos outlining the docs. Comments about the courts lack of action re: abuse, restraining order start around 10:00 mark which I found particularly interesting.

So good. Thanks for posting.
The court has a lot to answer for. :beat_fighting_punching_hitting_angry:

Jamie got Britney a Sports doctor. That’s not a mental illness specialist.
