Congrats to grammy award winner and the highest certified female rapper in the streaming era Cardi B..

 

No other female rapper has amassed close to 50 Million in the digital era, while some barbz state Nicki is at 100 million, that would be true, but Features are not eligible for an artist to get certified, so Nicki's numbers has definitely been surpassed by Cardi B, since RIAA only certifies the main artist aka the lead artist only. 

 

If it's billed as Nicki and whoever, then both get the plaques, but if its Doja Cat (Featuring nicki Minaj) Say So remix, the cert only goes to doja cat as Nicki is viewed by the RIAA As a special guest and not a main act.
