Why are you guys so surprised at this? She's still in a conservatorship. Formally, nothing has changed about her arrangement yet. She can drive just like she always could. We've seen her drive plenty of times. The bodyguard/spy/handler is always there in a car behind her. Nothing is going to change unless she gets released from the conservatorship.
