How come James Spears hasn't been mentally been evaluated as to be Britney's conservator?

That’s a good question. And there is good reason to too. He’s had issues with alcoholism, anger issues, abuse, you name it. Who the hell thought he would be a good fit?

Judge Reva Goetz is corrupt IMO and may have had a biased view of Britney based on the tabloid coverage. Britney was framed.
